Mr Tapper and Mrs Berjnell
Unfortunately
very few is known about our grand-grand parents. Apparently they were
from Norrkoping, place were our grand-parent Johann Wilhelm was born.
They had six kids. The oldest was Johann Wilhelm and the youngest
was Andres but nothing is known about the four in between.
Both Carolina
and Don Pedro visited Argentina in 1890. In those days, such a long
trip could only be done by boat. Story tells it took them three months
to get to Argentina. The reason for their visit was to assist to their
son's Johann Wilhelm marriage which took place in June 1890. Together
with them traveled their youngest son Andres and the bride, "Emma
Fredrika Johanson".
A year later, their love for Sweden took them back
together with their son Andres.
Anders Tapper
Very little is known about Andres
Tapper. Known is that he was the youngest of all the brothers and
also that he died approximately 20 years before Johann Wilhelm did.
It
is also known that he spent one year in Argentina when he assisted
to the marriage of his oldest brother and many years in U.S.A. It
is there where he did the wooden scale models of the ships "Moreno"
and "Rivadavia" for Argentina.
